
MAZE RUNNER: THE DEATH CURE TRAILER SERIES
Although the preview doesn't confirm when exactly the trailer will drop, previous reports indicated The Death Cure trailer will premiere during Sunday night's series finale of Teen Wolf - the show that launched O'Brien's career - on MTV. Now, Fox has released a 10-second preview for the first Death Cure trailer, which you can view above, that confirms the first full-length promo will arrive tomorrow. Recently, Fox began the promotional push for the last Maze Runner film by releasing the first images from The Death Cure and promising a first trailer.

However, when star Dylan O'Brien was injured on set of The Maze Runner trilogy capper, production was delayed and The Death Cure is now on track for an early 2018 release date. The Maze Runner, while not quite as big of an earner as either The Hunger Games or Divergent, performed well enough at the box office and with critics as well as casual moviegoers.Īs such, the sequel, The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, hit theaters in 2015 with the third film, The Death Cure, originally expected to hit an early 2017 release date. The first two entries in The Hunger Games series had been successful, followed by the debut of Divergent. The first installment in The Maze Runner film series, adapted from James Dashner's same-named young adult trilogy, hit theaters in September 2014 at the height of Hollywood adapting popular dystopian sci-fi YA to the big screen.
